By using Chef Va's website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site.

Payments & Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change, especially during holiday and seasonal promotions.

  • All payments must be made via card. An invoice with payment options will be sent through Biller Genie for secure processing.

  • Biller Genie accepts the following payment methods:

    •  Visa

    • Mastercard

    • American Express

    • Discover

    • Debit Cards

  • Once your invoice is sent, simply follow the link to complete your payment securely. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out!

All content on this site, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Chef Va and is protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Booking & Catering Policies

  1. Non-Refundable Bookings – All bookings are non-refundable. In most cases, a credit may be issued for a future booking.

  2. Changes to Your Booking – Any changes to the booking date, time, or menu must be made at least three weeks before the event when submitting the final balance.

  3. Last-Minute Orders – While last-minute orders may be accepted, they are subject to availability. Please inquire for confirmation.

  4. Rush Fee – A fee may apply for last-minute bookings.

  5. Payment Terms – A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due three weeks before the event.

  6. Catering Tax – An 18% catering service fee applies to all orders.

  7. Pricing & Portions – Per-person pricing varies based on menu selections. Most half-pan items serve 10–15 people, while full-pan items serve 20–30 people, depending on the dish.

  8. Serving Staff Fees – Serving is available at $75 per server per hour. Any overtime beyond the paid time is an additional $100 per server per hour.

  9. Pickup & Delivery – Orders can be picked up or delivered. Delivery starts at $50 and may increase based on distance and travel time. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be declined.

  10. Food Setup – Delivery does not include food setup. Setup services start at $50, excluding chafing dishes and fuel. Pricing varies based on menu and number of dishes.

  11. Setup Requirements – If setup is requested, please ensure tables, chafing dishes, fuel, and serving utensils are prepared in advance.

  12. Equipment & Utensils – Bookings do not include serving utensils or chafing dishes.

  13. Finalizing Bookings – A booking is not considered final until full payment has been received.

  14. Serving Arrangements – If you have booked serving staff, tables must be ready for food setup.

Warranties & Liabilities

  • Chef Vava guarantees high-quality service but does not offer warranties beyond those required by law.

  • We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, such as weather disruptions or emergencies affecting event bookings.
